My experience with purchasing a house commenced in August of 2010 and quite frankly for the first month I was having a very rough time until I was shown" R&S Riviera" by my consultant and had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Shetty. What struck me about him was his openness and honesty as also willingness to understand and see a buyer's point of view. I must state that this fine quality of his reflects in the work that his company does as well. The building is really well done, quality of finish is excellent and the overall aesthetics of the place are also appealing. I am glad that I purchased this property and am also happy to say that several friends also purchased in the same property once I had picked up an apartment here - so that goes to show the appeal of the company and their products. If I have to invest again, I will surely be looking very closely at another R&S project as the number one option for me.
